The Brashear boys faced Kirksville JV in the 1st round of the Novinger Tournament Monday. Brashear took a quick 7-0 lead, but Kirksville fought back to tie the game at 7-7 and it was game on. Although Brashear led 19-16 after the 1st quarter, Kirksville had a 34-31 lead at halftime. Kirksville proved to be too much in the 2nd half, and a 22 point 4th quarter gave Kirksville the 63-47 win.
